Personal data we collect
We may collect your name, address or service location, postcode, telephone number, email address, details of the services you enquire about or purchase, quotes, bookings, job information, invoices, payment records and communications between you and Quality Streat.

We may also receive limited technical information when you use our website, such as browser/device information and anonymised analytics data where you have consented to optional analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We do not currently use your information for automated marketing campaigns unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

Lawful bases
We normally process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and administering Quality Streat. Where consent is legally required, such as for optional website analytics, we rely on your consent.

Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers to help operate our business systems, including Airtable, Make and IONOS. These providers may process personal information on our behalf under contractual data-protection obligations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as approved contractual protections.

How long we keep information
Our current retention periods are:

• unconverted enquiries: normally up to 12 months
• customer and job records: normally up to 72 months after completion
• customer communications: normally up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction
• quotes, invoices, payment and accounting records: normally up to 6 years
• standalone technical/automation logs: normally up to 90 days

Information may be kept longer where necessary for an unresolved complaint, dispute, debt, legal requirement or other justified reason.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise your rights, contact aaron@quality-streat.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled.

Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses essential functionality required for the site to work. Optional IONOS SiteAnalytics may only be used where you give permission through the cookie settings. You can accept, reject or configure optional cookies through the website’s cookie controls.
